HOW TO USE

Remove inhaler mouthpiece cap.

ORAL INHALATION (lower respiratory tract)

• Inhale from the device with normal intensity.
• After inhalation, remove the inhaler, close your mouth and exhale through the nose
• Nasal exhalation is required in order to sustain the therapeutic effect of the salt.

NASAL INHALATION (upper respiratory tract)

• Attach the nasal adaptor on the inhaler.
• Gently insert the nosepiece into one nostril and block the other with your finger. Inhale normally.
• After nasal inhalation, remove the inhaler and exhale through your mouth or the other previously blocked nostril.
